Linda Sinkewicz
Principal
With 25 years of experience in developing people to create successful organizations, Linda combines herHR generalist, recruiter, and trainer foundation with postgraduate study and ten years of corporate experience in organization development.
A certified coach, Linda has advanced her skills in facilitating individuals at the point of change, bring both teams and individuals to their best selves.
She has consulted to startup firms in technology, consumer products, retail, education, and not-for-profit in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
30 years in industrial and municipal water focussing on business growth; sales management, business development, and strategy.
Doug is a degreed Chemical Engineer who started in the water industry as an application engineer and sales manager for specialty chemicals company, Betz Laboratories (now Suez). He moved into the equipment and services markets, joining USFilter during its rapid growth phase, leading sales, product management, and marketing teams. After Siemens acquired USFilter, he headed their international business development team establishing equipment and service operations in South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
At Evoqua Water Technologies Doug headed the Industrial Strategy and Marketing organization that created an industry-focussed plan that lead to strong organic and inorganic growth and the successful IPO of Evoqua in 2017.
